Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson, based in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, providing product knowledge, conducting sales presentations, and meeting sales targets. The Salesperson will also be tasked with following up on leads, participating in sales events, and preparing sales reports.
We pay on commissions only.NO retainer
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand and communicate complex financial products
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial science, Diploma in insurance,BCOM insurance option,any one with ECOP or COP
- Experience in the financial services industry is an advantage
