Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to lead and support our after-sales department. The Aftersales Officer will be responsible for overseeing all post-sale customer interactions and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective service, maintenance coordination, spare parts management, and customer support. This role plays a critical part in building long-term relationships with customers, driving brand loyalty, and supporting the overall performance of MojaEV’s electric vehicle ecosystem.
Key responsibilities:
- Customer Support & Relationship Management
- Service Coordination & Quality Assurance
- Parts & Warranty Management
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-3 years’ experience in an aftersales, customer service, or workshop coordination role (experience in EVs is an added advantage).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Customer-oriented mindset with ability to handle pressure and resolve conflicts.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM systems.
