Our client is a leading sports and fitness training center offering a wide range of gymnastics and recreational programs for children and youth. The academy is committed to promoting physical development, discipline, and confidence through structured training in a fun and nurturing environment. They are seeking a vibrant, dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join their team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fitness and youth development, have strong communication skills, and a flair for digital marketing and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Client Engagement:

• Conduct cold and warm calls to generate leads and convert prospects into clients
• Assist in front office operations and client engagement, including walk-in and scheduled visits
• Handle enquiries via phone, email, social media, and in person
• Follow up with leads, prospects, and existing clients to enhance client retention and satisfaction

Marketing & Digital Presence:

• Manage and regularly update the organization’s social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, X, etc.)
• Create engaging content (visual and written) to promote classes, programs, and events
• Plan and execute digital campaigns to increase visibility and client acquisition
• Monitor social media performance and adjust strategies based on analytics and feedback

Administration & Reporting:

• Maintain and update CRM databases with client information and communication history
• Collaborate with the programs team to align marketing efforts with program offerings and schedules
• Assist with event planning and promotional activities for open days, school partnerships, and special training events
• Provide regular reports on marketing performance, lead conversion rates, and engagement metrics

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a sales or marketing role,
• Experience managing social media platforms and creating digital content
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media scheduling/analytics tools
• Basic knowledge of graphic design
• Ability to work independently and proactively with minimal supervision
• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
• Experience working in sports, fitness, or youth-focused programs is an added advantage
