Key Responsibilities
- Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls
- Plan work schedules and timetables
- Develop strategies to approach potential customers and increase sales whilst building a strong presence
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Performance monitoring of all sales representatives
- Providing solutions to customer complaints and ensuring an amicable relationship with the company
- Coordinating with marketing on lead generation by creating a rapport with clients
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales management (MUST)
- Experience in institution & tenders business (DESIRABLE)
