Sales Manager Job Taita Hills Safari Resort
The Role
- Drive revenue growth and market expansion across corporate, government, travel trade, leisure, MICE and group segments.
- Build strong partnerships, create new opportunities and elevate our brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop & execute winning sales strategies
- Identify & secure new business opportunities
- Build & maintain lasting client relationships
- Represent the brand at key industry events
- Prepare proposals, contracts & sales reports
- Work with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales & Marketing, Hospitality or related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in hospitality or tourism sales
- Proven track record in achieving sales & revenue targets
- Safari tourism or destination marketing experience is an added advantage
