Duties and Responsibilities
- Follow up on last expense claims and ensure payment is done within 48 hours upon confirmation by the Client.
- Monitor claim payments and generate various reports.
- Respond to clients’ enquiries effectively and ensure timely resolution of all issues raised.
- Follow up with Insurer for preparation of Discharge Vouchers and Payment of due claims.
- Verify and ensure that all the accompanying documents for Life claims are attached and forwarded to Insurer for payment within 7 days of receipt.
- Process critical illness and disability claims within the stipulated turnaround time.
- Ensure all clients are served efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure proper reports are prepared for teams based in the Counties as per agreed turnaround time.

- Two (2) year’s relevant experience.
