Are you a passionate hospitality leader with a flair for service excellence and team inspiration? PrideInn Westlands Luxury Boutique Hotel is looking for a Restaurant Manager to lead our restaurant operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences across our outlets.
As part of our Food & Beverage team, you will oversee the restaurant’s daily operations, inspire your team, uphold brand standards, and ensure that every guest leaves delighted.
Key Responsibilities:
- Your key responsibilities will include leading and supervising the restaurant team, ensuring timely and high-quality food service, maintaining top hygiene and safety standards, managing costs, and achieving set revenue targets.
- You will also be responsible for staff training, performance management, guest relations, and close collaboration with kitchen and other operational departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role within a reputable 4- or 5-star hotel.
- Proven leadership and people management skills.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, food quality, and guest service.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
