This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Officer located in Engineer Nyandarua County. The Relationship Officer will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, providing financial advice, and facilitating loan applications. The role includes tasks such as assessing client needs, processing loan requests, and promoting CEMES Ltd’s products and services. The Relationship Officer will also handle customer inquiries, provide exceptional customer service, and support the sales team in achieving targets.

  • Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
