Receptionist II Job

Basic Salary Kshs. – 33,900
House Allowance – 7,500
Commuter Allowance – 4,000
Leave Allowance – 4,000 (Payable once in a Year)
Mortgage & Car Loan – As per SRC guidelines

  • Maintaining a daily record of visitors’ details;
  • Manning the reception desk;
  • Maintaining good ambience in the reception area;
  • Responding to visitors’ queries;
  • Recording and confirming visitors’ appointments;
  • Receiving, guiding and directing visitors to designated offices and areas; and
  • Issuing visitors’ passes.
  • Diploma in Customer Service, Public Relations, Hospitality Management, Communication Management, Event Management, Front Office or its equivalent qualification from a recognised institution; and

OR

  • Certificate in Customer Service, Public Relations, Hospitality Management, Communication Management, Event Management, Front Office or its equivalent qualification from a recognised institution, with two years of experience;
  • Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education; and
  • Certificate in Computer Applications from a recognised institution.

  • Commission for University Education (CUE) accreditation of a Diploma/Degree/Post-graduate Diploma/Post-graduate Certificate conferred by a foreign university/institution.
