Job Vacancy- Quotations Officer
Our Company Africa Safari trips is a Netherlands based company and is one of the leading safari companies in Africa. We are seeking to engage a passionate and results driven individual to fill in the position of Quotations Officer.

Responsibilities
- Checking proposals quoted by the sales team in the system
- Ensure that all prices in the system are accurate according to the suppliers, accommodations, activities, park fees, jeep prices, flights, supplements
- Act as information center for the sales team
- Keep track of unpaid confirmed bookings
- Creating and amending itineraries
- Adding supplements, surcharges or discounts where needed
- Ensure the room configuration and pricing are correctly updated in the system
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience as a quotations officer/accountant in the hotel/ tourism industry is a must
- Knowledge with using quick books is a must
- Bachelor’s degree – BCOM and/or CPA Level 2
- Thorough knowledge of basic accounting principles and process
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Ensure accuracy of data
- Great communication skills
- Book-keeping skills
- Payment collection skills
