Responsibilities:
Within delegated authority, the Consultant will be responsible for the following duties with an overall mission to establish a project management tool for the Cities Investment Facility:
- Develop the digital infrastructure for the CIF project management tool Develop a custom design based on the project specifications
- Preparing documentation/manuals for the operation and maintenance of the system
- Conduct training sessions for internal stakeholders on the use of the system
- Migrating the CIF website from wordpress hosting system
- Design an online learning module integrated into the migrated website
- Provide technical backstopping to address any problems with the website and the tool
- Conduct an in-depth technical audit of the project specifications to identify the best practices and elements that may be missing and present the gaps identified
Qualifications
- First-level university degree in Software Engineering, Computer Sciences, Information Technology and other relate courses is required.
- 4-year relevant experience in planning, design, development, implementation and maintenance of data and digital solutions and software systems.
