Key responsibilities:
Product Strategy and Development (40%)
- You will lead the development and execution of product strategies and roadmaps to ensure alignment with the company’s business goals.
- You will manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation through launch, ensuring timely delivery of market-driven products.
- You will prioritize product features, manage product backlogs, and define product roadmaps.
- You will conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for differentiation.
- Innovation and Performance Optimization (30 %)
- You will drive product innovation by identifying emerging trends, new technologies, and potential enhancements to the product portfolio.
- You will organize and lead hackathons to generate new product ideas and prototype solutions.
- You will define, measure, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of product initiatives.
- You will analyze customer feedback and product performance to refine strategies and improve product offerings.
- Reporting, Collaboration, and Stakeholder Management (30%)
- You will work closely with product team to ensure alignment and seamless execution.
- You will act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- regarding product development updates.
- You will regularly communicate product progress, challenges, and successes to key
- internal and external stakeholders.
- You will produce a weekly activity report.
- You will submit monthly report of activities and ongoing projects.
- You will report and escalate to management as needed.
- You will Perform any other tasks requested by your line manager
