Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- 7+ years of experience in logistics, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of logistics technologies, supply chain management, and warehousing.
- Proven experience in managing logistics operations, optimizing supply chain efficiency, and driving cost reduction strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with logistics software, TMS (Transportation Management Systems), WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), and ERP systems.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of international shipping and import/export regulations.
