The job holder will be supporting the procurement teamin preparingand issuing purchase orders, Assist in identifying and evaluating suppliers to ensure qualityandcost efficiency, Monitor order status, deliveries, and resolve supply-related issues as well as maintainaccurate procurement and inventory records.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up to date procurement records
- Receive , verify and organize procurement invoices
- Accurately input invoice details into designated Excel sheets
- Provide administrative support to the purchasing department.
- Prepare and process purchase orders and requisitions
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, ora related field.
- 1–2 years’ experience in procurement or supply chain (internship experience acceptable).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Good negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and knowledge of ERP systems is an added advantage.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
- Available Immediately
