Responsibilities
- Serve as the liaison with the Pharmacy and Poisons Board.
- Oversee procurement & warehousing — proper storage, FIFO, expiry control, and care of items.
- Receive, investigate & resolve market complaints.
- Develop & implement quality assurance policies.
- Ensure compliance with GDP standards.
- Monitor stock levels & place timely orders.
- Maintain continuous supply and proper storage conditions.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in procurement or a related role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Knowledge of Sage ERP is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical market.
