We’re looking for a People Operations Manager to drive HR strategy, team engagement, and operational excellence. This role requires someone experienced in managing remote, multicultural teams and passionate about building a thriving company culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead recruitment and onboarding for international hires
- Develop training programs and continuous learning initiatives
- Oversee performance management systems and KPIs
- Foster engagement, resolve conflicts, and support culture-building
- Implement HR policies tailored to remote operations
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years HR/People Ops experience with remote, startup teams
- Skilled in hiring, training, and performance tracking
- Strong communicator across diverse cultures
- Comfortable innovating and improving HR processes in a fast-paced environment
