Join our customer’s team as an AI – Pattern Recognition Specialist – AI Trainer and play a pivotal role in advancing cutting-edge solutions in artificial intelligence. You will leverage your expertise in pattern recognition and machine learning to train, evaluate, and refine AI systems, ensuring high performance on complex, real-world tasks. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and refine training data and evaluation protocols for AI systems focused on pattern recognition and symbolic reasoning.
- Apply advanced machine learning and NLP techniques to identify, match, and analyze complex data patterns, including strings, anagrams, and semantic structures.
- Craft and implement precise, measurable evaluation factors, aligning them with well-defined rationales and objectives.
- Collaborate closely with multi-disciplinary teams to provide expert feedback and iterate on AI model development.
- Document training strategies, experimental results, and analytic findings with clarity and professionalism.
- Leverage strong analytical writing and communication skills to articulate methodologies, outcomes, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or Computational Linguistics.
- Demonstrated proficiency in data science, symbolic reasoning, machine learning, and natural language processing principles.
- Specialized expertise in pattern recognition, including methods such as string matching, anagrams, and advanced ML/NLP techniques.
- Comprehensive understanding of AI/NLP fundamentals: vector embeddings, similarity measures, and classifiers.
- Exceptional analytical writing skills and attention to detail in both written and verbal communication.
- Ability to develop clear, objective, and measurable evaluation frameworks for AI models.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s or Ph.D. in a relevant technical field.
- Experience working on annotation or AI training pipelines for commercial or research projects.
- Evidence of thought leadership in pattern recognition, AI, or computational linguistics (e.g., publications, open-source contributions).
