Duties and responsibilities
- Welcome and guide patients and customers at the optical reception.
- Book appointments and manage client queues efficiently.
- Provide accurate product and service information to clients.
- Assist in patient file management and basic data entry.
- Support the dispensing team in coordinating client services.
- Handle phone calls and respond to client inquiries professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and order at the reception and waiting areas.
- Promote a positive image of the company through excellent customer service. Perform any other duties assigned by his or her supervisor.
- Bill client and invoice clients.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience handling customers in a busy medical facility.
- Must have attained a KCSE certificate with a minimum grade of C (plain) or above. A Diploma in any business related course.
- Good communication skills, customer service orientation, and basic computer knowledge are essential.
