Qualifications

- Valid Nursing Council of Kenya registration preferred for nurse managers
- Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in operation theatre services with 2–3 years in a leadership role
- Expertise in OT workflow management, surgical coordination, sterilization, infection control, and OT scheduling
- Experience managing OT teams, equipment, consumables, audits, and patient safety compliance
