Location: Mombasa

Solidad Hotel, a new hotel opening in Mombasa, is seeking qualified and passionate professionals to join our team as an Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure smooth functioning.
• Train and supervise hotel staff across departments.
• Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Develop and manage operational budgets to optimize profitability.
• Maintain and improve service standards and operational procedures.
• Oversee inventory and supplies to ensure availability.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Work with other departments to coordinate activities and enhance guest experiences.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ progressive experience in hotel operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with proven ability to oversee daily hotel operations (front office, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to implement cost-effective operational strategies.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and regulatory standards within the hospitality industry.
