Our client, a fast-growing business in children’s clothing and accessories, is looking for a results-driven Operations Manager to lead and streamline day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for an individual who is passionate about driving efficiency, team performance, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations across retail outlets, wholesale distribution, and import channels
- Manage inventory, procurement, and supply chain to ensure optimal stock levels and availability
- Ensure compliance with importation regulations and industry standards
- Track and analyse operational performance, providing insights to leadership
- Lead and develop teams, fostering a high-performance and customer-focused culture
- Coordinate logistics including import schedules, warehousing, and distribution
- Build and manage relationships with suppliers, freight forwarders, and logistics partners
- Drive cost efficiency while ensuring timely delivery of products
- Any other related role as will be assigned to you by your supervisor.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or any other related field.
- At least 5 years’ experience in operations management, preferably in retail, wholesale, or import/export.
- Strong understanding of supply chain, logistics, and inventory management.
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
