Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
- Manage correspondence, filing systems, and scheduling
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Support basic bookkeeping duties, including expense tracking, petty cash management, and invoice preparation
- Prepare reports and assist with reconciliations using QuickBooks
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders professionally
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field
- Basic accounting knowledge is required
- Proficiency in QuickBooks is a must
- CPA Part I or II is an added advantage
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in a similar administrative role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
