  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
  • Manage correspondence, filing systems, and scheduling
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment
  • Support basic bookkeeping duties, including expense tracking, petty cash management, and invoice preparation
  • Prepare reports and assist with reconciliations using QuickBooks
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders professionally
  • Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field
  • Basic accounting knowledge is required
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks is a must
  • CPA Part I or II is an added advantage
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in a similar administrative role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
