Office Administrator Job (180K)
𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Westlands, Nairobi
𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘆: KES 180,000
Our client is seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Office Administrator to oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and digitally competent, with the ability to support both administrative and online functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure seamless workflow
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and procurement processes
- Handle calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
- Maintain structured filing systems (physical and digital)
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars
- Provide administrative support and reporting to management
- Support management of digital platforms (email, basic social media, online tools)
- Maintain and update company records and databases
- Coordinate office maintenance and ensure an organized workspace
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and service providers
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of company information
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Strong digital and computer proficiency (MS Office, email management, online tools)
- Basic knowledge of social media or digital marketing is an added advantage
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail
