Job Description
- Operate and monitor automated or semi-automated machinery in the production line.
- Ensure machines are properly set up, calibrated, and maintained for efficient operation.
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment.
- Monitor production quality and make necessary adjustments to machine settings.
- Follow safety procedures and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Record production data, machine performance, and report any malfunctions.
- Collaborate with supervisors and technical teams to improve machine performance.
- Ensure all materials and components are loaded and available for production.
- Participate in machine testing, upgrades, and commissioning activities.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Minimum of 1-year hands-on experience in machine operation or a related field.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to read mechanical diagrams and blueprints.
- Familiarity with safety standards and procedures in an industrial setting.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
