Job Summary:
Join our customer’s team as a Logistics Specialist – AI Trainer and play a pivotal role in shaping next-generation AI by leveraging your deep logistics expertise. In this unique position, you’ll bridge the gap between complex supply chain workflows and advanced AI, helping to develop smarter, more effective systems through the creation of high-quality, real-world training data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Share comprehensive insights into daily logistics operations, including procurement, warehousing, inventory, and distribution management.
- Translate practical logistics scenarios and challenges into structured tasks for AI model training and evaluation.
- Apply your professional judgment to assess and document logistics problem-solving strategies and best practices.
- Review, annotate, and refine logistics tasks and solutions to ensure high standards of accuracy and operational realism.
- Collaborate closely with project managers and reviewers to enhance the quality, clarity, and applicability of training data.
- Utilize your written and verbal communication strengths to produce clear, concise documentation.
- Contribute proactive suggestions for improving both workflow processes and AI training outputs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in logistics, supply chain, or distribution management.
- In-depth knowledge of procurement, inventory control, shipment coordination, and vendor management.
- Proven experience working with ERP or logistics platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
- Exceptional written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and clarity.
- Strong independent work ethic and organizational abilities, capable of producing thorough documentation based on firsthand experience.
- Demonstrated resourcefulness in addressing and resolving operational disruptions.
- Ability to effectively allocate resources and optimize supply chain strategies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in training, mentoring, or creating process documentation within a logistics or supply chain environment.
- Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or data annotation tools is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Exposure to remote or distributed work environments.
