Their mission is to provide exceptional trust management services, ensuring compliance and building strong relationships with their clients and regulatory authorities.

The Trust Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the company, managing client relationships, and ensuring the successful establishment and administration of trusts. This role is ideal for a junior professional with a legal background who is eager to grow within a dynamic environment

Operational Management:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the trust management company.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance service delivery.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Regularly review client trust structures, suggesting enhancements and improvements where necessary.

Trust Administration:

  • Assist in the establishment and management of fiduciary structures (trusts and companies) for clients.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, including
  • Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations.

Collaboration with Authorities:

  • Work closely with legal advisors, tax consultants, and other third-party professionals to ensure comprehensive service delivery.
  • Liaise with regulatory authorities to facilitate the setup and maintenance of trusts.

Documentation Management:

  • Oversee the preparation and maintenance of statutory records, including meeting minutes, resolutions, and corporate documents.
  • Ensure accurate documentation management for all client entities.

Team Development:

  • Foster a collaborative team environment, sharing knowledge and encouraging continuous professional development among staff.
  • Mentor junior staff members as they grow within the organization.
  • A Law degree or equivalent qualification; newly qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Understanding of trust management principles gained through education or prior experience.
  • Over 2 Years of experience
  • Familiarity with financial statements and compliance procedures is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to suggest improvements to existing processes.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.
