Laboratory Technologist- Mobile Job AAR Healthcare

Overall Purpose of the Job: Reporting to the Laboratory Services Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for the sample collection and testing from the comfort of clients/patients’ locations per the standard operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collection and processing of client samples.
- Communication of laboratory results.
- Preparation of laboratory reports.
- Grow the uptake of wellness checks, including growing Home/Office collections as per the targets.
- Drive laboratory revenue.
- Implementation of ISO 15189:2022 guidelines.
- Delivery of pharmaceutical products to clients.
Position Requirements:
- A diploma in Medical Laboratory Science.
- Must have a registration certificate from the Kenya Medical Laboratory Technician and Technologist Board.
- Demonstrated capability of riding motorcycles with a valid riding licence.
- At least two (2) years of appropriate experience in medical laboratory functions.
- Experience in the implementation of the ISO 15189 standard is an added advantage.
- ICT competency.
- Excellent customer service.
- Self-motivated and a team player.
- Pleasant personality.
