Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Internship Trainee located in Nairobi South ward. The Internship Trainee will assist in various day-to-day tasks including helping with reservations and bookings, assisting with visa application processes, planning and organizing corporate events, and supporting the team in delivering excellent customer service. They will also be expected to learn about and contribute to our inbound and outbound tour operations.
Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of air reservations and ticketing processes
- Ability to assist with hotel reservations and bookings
- Familiarity with visa application processes and travel insurance facilitation
- Event planning and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program (e.g., Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration)
