Qualifications and Requirements for Industry Experts:
- Applicants seeking engagement as Industry Experts must meet the following minimum qualifications:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or an equivalent qualification from a recognized and accredited institution;
- Possess at least fifteen (15) years of verifiable industry experience in Human Resource Management;
- Be a Fellow of the Institute of Human Resource Management (FIHRM) in good standing;
- Evidence of prior training in Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) will be considered an added advantage.
