Key Responsibilities
- Simulate and communicate authentic production decision-making processes, including scheduling, resource allocation, and staffing strategies.
- Review and validate AI training data to ensure operational accuracy, process efficiency, and compliance with risk standards.
- Share insights on plant operations, quality benchmarks, and industry regulatory standards to enhance AI knowledge bases.
- Apply lean manufacturing principles to refine and curate AI data sets, ensuring real-world relevance and effectiveness.
- Advise on the design of AI model processes and workflows to reflect best practices in industrial management.
- Document and communicate production scenarios and strategies, leveraging exceptional written and verbal communication skills to support AI training teams.
- Collaborate remotely with technical experts to integrate practical manufacturing knowledge into AI development cycles.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in industrial production roles such as Production Manager, Plant Manager, or Manufacturing Supervisor.
- Proven track record of team leadership, operational oversight, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, KPIs, quality control standards, and operational analytics.
- Strong documentation skills and the ability to clearly articulate complex production concepts both in writing and verbally.
- Expertise in problem-solving, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt and communicate within remote, technology-driven environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with digital manufacturing platforms, automation systems, or AI/ML tools in an industrial setting.
- Background in Six Sigma, lean manufacturing, or industrial engineering principles.
- History of mentoring teams, developing SOPs, or creating training documentation for complex production processes.
