Job Summary:
- Provide reliable ICT support across all departments by maintaining a strong IT infrastructure,
- ensuring data and system security,
- managing hardware and software installations, and
- supporting business processes through efficient systems and user assistance.
- This role ensures optimal network and system performance to enhance business continuity and operational efficiency.
