The HR Supervisor will manage HR operations for outsourced employees from recruitment and onboarding to payroll preparation, compliance, and client relations. This role plays a key part in ensuring operational excellence and administrative efficiency within ITM Africa Kenya.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment and onboarding for outsourced employees.
- Ensure HR compliance and proper employee documentation.
- Register employees on statutory portals (WCF, NSSF, NHIF, etc.).
- Prepare payroll data and ensure salary and payslip submission.
- Liaise with Finance for petty cash and working tools.
- Manage employee database, attendance, and leave records.
- Handle work and residence permits for expatriates.
- Maintain professional communication with clients and internal teams.
- Provide monthly HR and payroll reports for management and clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience (preferably in outsourcing).
- Good knowledge of Kenyan labour law and compliance.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- High level of confidentiality, reliability, and ethics.
- Team player with a proactive mindset and focus on continuous improvement.
