- Ensuring compliance with labor laws, safety standards, and company policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, or related field
- 4–5 years HR experience in FMCG/logistics/manufacturing
- Deep knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance
- A proactive leader with excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence
- Salary: KES 180,000 gross
