About the Role:
We’re looking for a Graduate Trainee in Human Resources to join our team and learn by doing. You’ll support real projects, work with experienced HR professionals, and gain hands-on exposure to people operations in a purpose-driven organization. This role is ideal if you’re passionate about helping people thrive at work and want to grow your HR career from the ground up.
Responsibilities
- Help with hiring and onboarding new team members
- Keep employee records and HR files organized
- Assist with induction sessions and HR check-ins
- Track leave and support wellness or team-building activities
- Help run performance reviews and learning plans
- Support internal communication and staff engagement
- Work with other departments to support day-to-day HR needs
- Handle sensitive info professionally and confidentially
Qualifications
- A recent graduate or diploma holder in Human Resource Management or a related field
- Organized, curious, and willing to learn
- Good with people and clear in communication
- Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic HR tools
- A team player with a positive, can-do mindset
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Student membership with IHRM or another HR body
- Experience in a startup, nonprofit, or education-related space
- A passion for creating great work environments
