What You’ll Do
- Support HR Consultants on client projects and day-to-day engagements
- Assist with HR research, data analysis, and preparation of reports and insights
- Help with recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee management activities
- Support development and implementation of HR policies and processes
- Assist with HR systems (ATS, payroll platforms)
- Contribute to client proposals, presentations, and business plans
- Identify recurring HR challenges and support solution development
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years’ experience in HR, business lead, or a client-facing role
- Degree in Human Resources or related field
- CHRP certification is a must.
- Strong sales acumen and confidence communicating with clients
- Interest in HR consulting, business development, and startups
- Analytical, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Available and willing to work on Saturdays.
