Basic Salary Scale: Ksh. 26,900.00 – 35,380.00 (CPSB 11)
House Allowance: Ksh. 4,500 p.m
Commuter Allowance: Ksh. 4,000 p.m.
Other Allowances as Per the SRC Circulars
Terms of Service: Permanent & Pensionable
Requirements for Appointment: –
- Diploma in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations. Labour Relations or any or any Social Science Diploma from a recognized institution;
- Shown merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results.
- Good analytical and organizational skills.
Duties and Responsibilities: –
- Support all internal and external human resource related inquiries or requests;
- Oversee the compilation of compensation and benefit documentation;
- Compile quarterly performance management reports;
- Schedule meetings, human resource events and maintain agendas;
- Assist in planning for training sessions and seminars;
- Assist in induction and updating records of new staff;
- Produce and submit reports on general human resource activities;
- Complete termination paperwork and exit interviews; and
- Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
