Key Responsibilities
- Secure and manage B2B accounts (corporates, NGOs, embassies, travel agents, relocation firms, tour operators)
- Drive B2C sales including long stays, families, groups, and individual travelers
- Prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close accommodation and partnership deals
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and meet monthly revenue targets
- Develop repeat business and long-term client relationships
- Coordinate closely with operations and marketing teams
Mandatory Requirements (Strict)
- Proven prior experience in hotel or hospitality sales
- Verifiable professional references from previous employers or clients
- Demonstrated success in both B2B and B2C sales
- Existing, active corporate and travel-industry networks
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
- Applicants without prior hospitality sales experience and professional references will NOT be considered.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling hotels or serviced apartments in Nairobi or similar markets
- Knowledge of corporate rate negotiations, long-stay contracts, and group bookings
- Familiarity with OTA and direct booking strategies
