On behalf of our client, a leading healthcare organization, we are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Quality Improvement Specialist to lead initiatives that enhance patient care quality, safety, and operational efficiency across their healthcare network.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality improvement programs and initiatives
- Analyze clinical outcomes data and identify areas for improvement
- Facilitate root cause analysis for adverse events and near misses
- Coordinate with medical staff to implement evidence-based practices
- Prepare quality metrics reports for leadership and regulatory bodies
- Lead multidisciplinary teams in process improvement projects
- Ensure compliance with Joint Commission and CMS quality standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field
- 4-5 years of experience in healthcare quality improvement or clinical operations
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt preferred)
- Familiarity with healthcare quality metrics and reporting requirements
- Strong project management and facilitation skills
- Experience with quality management software systems
- Master’s degree or professional certification (CPHQ, CPPS) preferred
