Qualifications
- 5+ years progressive marketing experience, with 2+ in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in Real Estate, Property Management, Hospitality, or Lifestyle marketing.
- Strong digital marketing skills (SEO, SEM, CRM, automation).
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Master’s an advantage)
- Strong strategic thinking, communication, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the TSAVO Lifestyle marketing strategy and annual plan.
- Drive resident acquisition and retention to achieve high occupancy rates.
- Lead digital campaigns and brand-building initiatives for TSAVO Lifestyle.
- Oversee content creation showcasing community, amenities, and resident experience.
- Manage Lifestyle community platforms and resident engagement activities.
- Set and track KPIs; lead and coach the Lifestyle marketing team.
