About the Role
As a Graphic Designer , you will play a key role in shaping the visual communication and brand identity of our property and related projects.
This role is crucial as it requires a strong sense of creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to translate ideas into visually compelling designs that align with our corporate image. You will collaborate closely with the marketing and management teams to develop impactful visual content that supports various campaigns, events, and communications.
Responsibilities
- Understand project requirements and goals
- Create visually appealing designs for various mediums including websites, social media platforms, marketing collaterals, and advertisements
- Develop and present design concepts, mock-ups, and prototypes
- Incorporate feedback and revisions into designs to meet client specifications
- Ensure that designs are on-brand and consistent with company guidelines
- Stay updated with design trends, techniques, and software tools
- Manage multiple design projects and prioritize tasks effectively
- Work collaboratively with other team members such as copywriters and marketers
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience as a graphic designer or similar role
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and visually impactful designs
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles
- Understanding of print and digital production processes
- Problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to produce innovative designs
