General Manager Job
This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager at Cold Springs Homa Bay Hotel, located in Central ward. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily hotel operations, ensuring high standards across all departments, managing staff, and maintaining relationships with guests and suppliers. They will also oversee financial performance, coordinate marketing strategies, and ensure regulatory compliance and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience in hospitality management and operations
- Financial acumen, including budgeting and expense management
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to coordinate marketing strategies for the hotel
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle guest complaints professionally
- Knowledge in regulatory compliance and health and safety standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience working in the hospitality industry, preferably in a managerial role
