Join our customer’s team as a Fundraising Specialist – AI Trainer and play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of artificial intelligence. In this unique opportunity, you’ll contribute your fundraising expertise to train AI systems to think and operate like real-world development professionals, elevating how technology supports nonprofit missions globally.

  • Document authentic fundraising workflows, strategies, and daily tasks based on your direct professional experience.
  • Create, review, and annotate realistic fundraising prompts for donor engagement, campaign planning, and grant writing scenarios.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers and subject matter experts to ensure content quality and alignment with best practices.
  • Provide insightful feedback to refine how AI platforms simulate and support fundraising activities.
  • Leverage your expertise in relationship management, donor communications, and campaign strategy to inform AI training data.
  • Ensure all deliverables are accurate, contextually relevant, and professionally formatted for technical use.
  • Work independently within a remote, contract-based environment while maintaining consistent and timely communication.
  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in fundraising, development, or grant writing.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong emphasis on crafting donor correspondence, funding proposals, or sponsorship materials.
  • Expertise with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, DonorPerfect, Raiser’s Edge, or equivalent systems.
  • Proven ability to manage donor pipelines, execute outreach campaigns, or foster community partnerships.
  • Keen attention to detail and a proactive, self-driven approach in a remote work setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate real-world fundraising practices into clear, structured documentation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Track record of securing major gifts, recurring donor commitments, or high-value grants.
  • Experience utilizing fundraising analytics, segmentation strategies, or development planning tools.
  • Familiarity with AI, data labeling, or structured content documentation (a plus, not required).
