Our client, a growing company in the environmental services sector, is in the process of launching a new Fumigation Services business line. To support this expansion, we are seeking to recruit a Fumigation Services Coordinator who will play a critical role in establishing and growing the department from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the setup of the fumigation unit, including systems, documentation, operational procedures, and service protocols.
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., licensing, NEMA, PCPB, DOSHS) and industry standards.
- Develop and implement operational frameworks and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Identify new business opportunities, build networks, and actively engage in business development.
- Prepare and present quotations, client proposals, and related documentation.
- Coordinate fumigation service delivery, schedules, and resource planning.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of fumigation staff.
- Serve as the primary liaison with clients, regulatory bodies, and industry stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate service and compliance records; provide regular performance reports.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience in fumigation, pest control, or related environmental health services.
- Deep understanding of fumigation chemicals, procedures, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong business development and client engagement skills.
- Familiarity with licensing requirements and compliance frameworks (e.g., PCPB, NEMA, public health regulations).
- Excellent planning, coordination, and reporting abilities.
- Ability to work independently and lead a new service line with minimal supervision.
- A diploma or degree in Environmental Health, Public Health, or related field is an added advantage.
