Just Rights for Children Kenya, a non-profit organisation, is seeking to engage a qualified and independent audit firm to conduct its annual external audit for the financial year ended 31 December 2025.
Scope of Engagement
- The selected firm will:
- Conduct the audit in accordance with International Standards on Auditing (ISA)
- Review financial statements, accounting records, and internal controls
- Assess compliance with applicable laws and donor requirements
- Issue an independent audit report and management letter
Requirements
- ICPAK registration with a valid practising certificate
- Demonstrated experience auditing non-profit and/or donor-funded organisations
- Independence and absence of conflict of interest
