Deputy Headteacher II (Regular) Job TSC
Teaching Jobs. TSC Jobs. Responsible for supporting school administration, coordinating teaching activities, supervising staff, managing student affairs, and assisting with the daily running of the school. Requires a relevant teaching qualification and professional registration. The role is based in Nairobi with duties performed on-site.
Qualifications
For appointment to this grade, a teacher must:
- Have served as Senior Teacher I, T-Scale 8 (C3), for a minimum period of two (2) years;
- Have obtained a satisfactory rating in the performance appraisal process;
- Have demonstrated the ability to supervise, mentor and provide professional support to other teachers; and
- Meet any other requirement deemed necessary by the Commission.
