Senior Master II Job TSC
Teaching Jobs. TSC Jobs.Responsible for supporting school administration, coordinating teaching activities, supervising teachers, and promoting effective learning and student discipline. Requires a relevant teaching qualification and professional registration. The role is based in Nairobi with duties performed on-site.
Qualifications
For appointment to this grade, a teacher must:
- Have served as Senior Master III or Senior Master III – JSS, T-Scale 10 (C5), for a minimum period of two (2) years;
- Have obtained a satisfactory rating in the performance appraisal process;
- Have demonstrated the ability to supervise, mentor and provide professional support to other teachers; and
- Meet any other requirement deemed necessary by the Commission.
