Responsibilities
- Seeking an exceptional Deputy Head of Academics to provide strategic and instructional leadership across Early Years, Primary, Secondary, and A Level.
- Reporting to the Principal and serving as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, this role focuses on driving academic excellence, curriculum coherence, and outstanding student outcomes.
- The successful candidate will lead whole-school curriculum design, assessment, and quality assurance aligned to EYFS, Cambridge Primary, IGCSE, A Levels, and BTEC pathways, while championing high-impact teaching, data-informed practice, and continuous professional development.
- The appointed candidate will take up the role in August 2026, supporting a smooth transition and contributing to the school’s strategic academic priorities for the new academic year.
