Deputy Director – HR Management Job TSC

The Deputy Director – Human Resource Management supports the implementation of human resource management strategies and policies within the Commission.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supporting implementation of human resource management policies and procedures
  • Coordinating staff recruitment, placement, and deployment processes
  • Supporting staff performance appraisal and management systems
  • Managing employee relations and staff welfare programs
  • Assisting in the implementation of human resource planning initiatives
  • Monitoring compliance with public service human resource management guidelines
  • Supporting staff development and professional training programs
  • Preparing human resource reports and documentation
