Role Description

• This is a full-time remote Cyber Security Internship role at Ontap. As a Cyber Security Intern, you will support the development and implementation of security measures to protect our applications, networks, and information systems.
• Your responsibilities will include assisting in security assessments, monitoring for potential threats, addressing vulnerabilities, and staying updated on the latest cybersecurity trends and best practices.
• You will work closely with a team of experts to strengthen the company’s security framework and provide valuable insights into securing and maintaining our technology infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Application Security and Cybersecurity principles
• Familiarity with Network Security protocols and practices
• Foundational knowledge of Information Security and risk management
• Interest in gaining hands-on experience in the cybersecurity field
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote environment
