What We’re Looking For
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken)
- At least 1 year of online/remote customer service experience (especially in e-commerce or remote support)
- Experience with platforms like Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify is a plus or an advantage
- Patient, empathetic, and responsible problem-solver
